These terms govern your use of TrinityCorp managed AI employees. The full text is rendered on this page in the application.
Subscriptions and pilots
Employees are sold as monthly subscriptions per employee, with a 15% discount when a year is paid upfront. Pilots run for a fixed 14-day period, one pilot per company, and convert to a subscription only when you sign a contract. Subscriptions may be cancelled effective at the end of the paid period.
Your responsibilities
You decide which systems an employee may access and which actions it may take without approval. When you grant autonomy for an action, you accept responsibility for the outcome of that action. You agree not to use an employee for unlawful activity, for harassment, for circumventing another party's access controls, or to send communications that breach applicable marketing and privacy law in your jurisdiction.
Service limits and liability
AI employees depend on third-party model providers and on the systems you connect; output is not guaranteed to be error free and should be reviewed for consequential decisions. Each employee has a daily spend ceiling that pauses work rather than exceeding it. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected employee in the preceding period, to the extent permitted by law.
