Privacy policy

This page summarises how TrinityCorp handles personal and business data. The full policy is rendered on this page in the application and is available on request in PDF form.

We collect only what an AI employee needs to do the work you hired it for: the account details of the person who signs up, the business context you provide during onboarding, and the data inside the systems you explicitly connect, such as a mailbox, calendar or CRM.

Google and Microsoft user data

Data received from Google APIs is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features you enabled, is never sold, is never used for advertising, and is never read by humans except with your explicit permission, for security investigations, or where required by law. The same commitments apply to Microsoft 365 data. Access can be revoked at any time from the portal or from your own Google or Microsoft account settings, and revoking access stops all processing.

Storage, retention and deletion

Client data is stored in isolated tenants with row level access control, encrypted in transit and at rest. Audit logs are retained so you can review what an employee did. When you offboard, connected credentials are revoked, employee resources are deprovisioned and your data is deleted on request. Write to us to request access, correction or deletion of your data.
